How can I send a test email to all team members?
Open your email design in Mail Designer 365 and click Test in the toolbar. Select Team as the recipient and then click Send. Mail Designer uploads the latest version of your design through TeamCloud and sends the test email to every member of the project team.

A person receives the team test email once they are a member of the Mail Designer team. If someone is missing, invite them through team management first. After they accept the invitation, they will be included in future team test emails.
