I no longer see a TV window, the picture is always gone, I have no sound or picture, or Live TV always crashes (Crash, Absturz)
If, after starting Live TV, no user interface is visible, i.e. no TV picture appears, only sound, or both are missing, or the app crashes after a few clicks,
please check if you have the latest version of Live TV installed.
If this is the case, copy the following line (highlight and Command-C on the keyboard) and open the "Terminal" program (in the Program folder and there in Utilities). Once you have opened it, press Command-V to paste the line of text there. Then press the Return/Enter key.
defaults delete de.livetvapp.livetvmac
This command deletes a few internal settings in the Live TV app and resets them to factory settings. This can help to make normal use of Live TV possible again. You may then have to re-enter some settings that you have made yourself (e.g. your own channel order).
