Exporting your email templates for SendPulse:
- Get started by using the creative tools and design resources in Mail Designer 365 to build an impressive email template using drag and drop.
- Once you are satisfied with your design, choose “Share” > “Website / HTML…”
- Enter your preferences in the HTML export window.
- Your email design will be saved as a folder containing a content.html file as well as the other graphic elements of your design.
- Select all of the files in the folder and then right click and select “Compress” to create a .zip file which you will later upload to SendPulse.
Uploading your email template
Step One: Sign in to your SendPulse account. On the start page, select “Create a new campaign” to get started.
Step Two: Choose your mailing list and enter your name and other sending information in the space provided.
Step Three: In the next window, go to the “My templates and import” tab and click on “Import template.” Select the .zip file you created earlier and upload this to SendPulse. Click on Continue to go to the template preview window.
Step Four: You can now preview your email design to check for any errors or things you want to change. If you do want to change any aspects of your design, we strongly recommend doing this in Mail Designer 365 to ensure perfect compatibility.
