How do I create target groups in Mail Designer?
Target groups are managed in the Contacts area of Mail Designer. Start by importing your contacts, either manually as a comma-separated list or by uploading a CSV file.
The CSV file must contain at least one email address column. You can also add more columns such as First Name, Last Name, or other custom fields.
During import, you can assign additional attributes to contacts. These work like key-value lists, for example Country = Germany.
Attributes make it easier to segment contacts later and build the right target groups for your campaigns.
In the Target Groups tab, you can create new groups using logical conditions such as AND and OR.
For example, you can create a target group that only includes contacts where Country = Germany and the email address ends in .de.
When starting a campaign, you can then select the target group so the campaign is sent only to those contacts.
