Availability is determined by the broadcasters, we cannot make a general statement about this. We check every day which content is still available and update our catalog accordingly.
With the Download feature in the versions for iPhone, iPad and Mac, most content can be downloaded for offline use. Some content is excluded from this by the broadcasters.
