If the startup process takes longer, please check whether you have installed a virus scanner or other endpoint security software (e.g. from Sophos). This software can severely affect the startup process. If possible, please add an exception for Mail Designer 365 or the following directory:

~/Library/Group Containers/C3HCD5RMD7.net.tower-one.MailDesigner/Documents

The tilde (~) represents your home directory. This exception is only necessary for read operations; write operations can still be monitored.
