My tizi cable no longer charges my device. What can I do?
 
You should clean the contacts of cables from time to time. Contact spray (Amazon Link) is suitable for cleaning both connector ends. With flip cables, you should also make sure that both contact sides are cleaned in the USB-A connector. Due to the flip functionality, both sides of the connector are provided with contacts on one plate. With Lightning connectors, the contacts are very tight. Even fine dirt such as dust can reduce or interrupt the charging and conductivity. Often the cable is not to blame. It then helps to use a compressed air spray to blow into the Lightning socket of the iPhone or iPad to remove this dirt.
