Saving your email template as Stationery within Apple Mail

How to save your email templates as stationery within Apple Mail

Click the paper airplane icon on the top left. Then, choose “Apple Mail…”

 

 

Mail Designer 365 will ask you if you want to save the template as a design within Mail Designer 365. Save the file in the folder of your choice.

A popup window will appear. Then, make sure that “Apple Mail” tab is selected. Click “Send” whenever you’re ready.

Mail Designer 365 will ask you if you want to install your template as a custom stationery in Apple Mail. Click “Install.”

The Apple Mail Window will automatically open. As you can see, your email template is now attached as a stationery:

You can choose to send the draft or discard the draft. 

 

Just do not click “x” on the template within the Custom tab, if you want to use the stationery email template in the future.

Another option that lets you save your email template as stationery is through sharing.

Choose “Share” > “Apple Mail…”

Mail Designer 365 will ask you if you want to install your template as a custom stationery in Apple Mail. Click “Install.”

The Apple Mail Window will automatically open. As you can see, Mail Designer 365 automatically attaches your email design as a stationery:

Remember, do not click “x” on the template within the Custom tab, if you want to use the stationery email template in the future.
